# AI Task Brief

Fill this before choosing a model, tool, or vendor. One page, six fields.

## 1. Person and moment
Who is doing the work, and at what moment do they need help?

## 2. Input
What arrives, in which format, from which source, at what freshness, under which permissions? List known gaps.

## 3. Output
What object must the workflow produce? A ranked list, draft reply, extracted fields, or comparison with citations.

## 4. Acceptance evidence
What can a reviewer inspect? Required fields, permitted sources, maximum omissions, uncertainty labels, and tone.

## 5. Failure boundary
What must the system never do? What signal should stop the workflow?

## 6. Fallback and owner
Who receives a stopped case, what context do they need, and how do they finish without starting over?

## Review order
1. Can everyone point to the output object?
2. Who checks which fields, and how soon?
3. Will the real input, version, and permission exist?
4. Which condition pauses the workflow, and who continues it?
